Contingent Fee Calculator

This fee calculator is intended to assist Class Members and Attorneys in understanding and implementing the terms of the Settlement Agreement. The amount of fees and expenses owed by Class Members to their attorneys, and the amount of Settlement benefits that Class Members may receive, is governed by the Settlement Agreement and any private agreement between Class Members and their attorneys.
